RoseVille Office Building Obtains Occupancy Permit

Office Market

One month before the handover of the first tenant’s premises, RoseVille, developed by Atenor, was granted the occupancy permit, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

The environmentally conscious building with a rentable area of 15,500 sqm, will start operating in July this year.

According to the press release, the building fully complied with all regulations and professional expectations and received the Breeam Excellent and Acces4You Gold certifications.

RoseVille is located in a part of Óbuda, where many services are within walking distance, including restaurants, cafés, pastry shops, bakeries, supermarkets, health care providers, gyms, and event centers.

Thanks to the building's technical quality and environmentally-friendly design, Atenor was one of the first landlords in Budapest to sign so-called "green leases" in the project located on Bécsi út, the developer notes.
