Over 4 mln Combined Public Transport Passes Sold

More than 4 million monthly combined public transport passes good for either a single county or the whole country have been sold since their launch in the spring, state-owed railway company MÁV said on Wednesday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.
Around 65% of the passes sold were for a single county.
The full price for the monthly county pass is HUF 9,450 and the pass for the whole country is HUF 18,900.
Students are eligible for a 90% discount, the report noted.
