Bosnia Industrial Output up in February

Bosnia's industrial production rose 2.1% on the year in February, following a 6.4% decline in January, the Sarajevo-based Agency for Statistics of BiH (BHAS) said on Tuesday citing preliminary figures.

On year, production of utilities increased the most by 3.5% in January, while output of manufacturing rose 1.6%.

On the other hand, production in the mining sector decreased by 1.8%.

On a monthly comparison basis, industrial production rose by 5.9% in February, after an increase of 1.7% in January.

On month, manufacturing advanced 6.8%, while production in mining grew by 5.5%. On the contrary, output for utilities fell by 1.5%.
